They are lively companions and great family dogs. Boxer training consists of training them to be guard dogs, guide dogs, therapy dogs and police dogs. Because of their job, people who don’t know or understand their breed andl think that they are naturally aggressive dogs. However, this is farther from the truth. Boxers are known to demonstrate a fascinating combination of worrisome expressions and energetic curiosity. They are flexible attention spans with charming characteristics.

Boxers are well-conditioned athletic breed of dogdom. They are very powerful with an intelligence and alert expression. However, Boxers are also a very lively breed. They love to be around people. Their natural instinct is to protect their loved ones. Because of their protected shell, most Boxers will need to be trained to get along with strangers. When your Boxer reaches 13-16 weeks it’s time to start boxer training. A large part of their training consists of socialization. They need to get accustomed to other dogs and people.
